O – Overnight hospital stay – When I was born, I stayed in a hospital overnight for 10 days.

Cinderella- my retake (really different!!!)

Once upon a time in a far away land, a young boy called Williamas was in a mine, cleaning and dusting. "Oi, Williamas, clean my shoes while you're at it!" Harold screamed. "And mine too, you ugly thing!" Harry, Harold's twin, cackled meanly. Poor Williamas was dressed in a bin bag. 'Ugly things like you don't need to wear nice clothes!' Harold had said.

"Oh, I cannot wait until the rock concert." Harry said to Harold.

"Hmm, me neither! Oh and that horrible boy Williamas got a invite too, but of course we we'll tell him he can't go because he has chores to do!"

Williamas sat down on the dusty floor. "A rock concert sounds so much fun. I've never had fun in my life." Williamas said sadly. Oh yes! My good friend Thomas may be able to help me out! he thought excitedly.

Thomas stood up and looked thoughtful. "Well, I can't get a pumpkin for you to ride in. But I can give you a bike ride. And I can't do your chores for you, but I can get another servant too. Clothes-wise, well, do you want to borrow my trousers?" he offered kindly. "Oh Thomas, you truly are a genius! But won't Harry and Harold see me?" Williamas remembered.

"No problem... I will paint a moustache on you with some coal from the mine." Thomas suggested.

And then Williamas had a brilliant time at the rock concert. He met a lovely girl who had lost her shoe there, so he looked for the shoe, found it and went to her house to return it. Then it was love at second sight and they married each other and had 4 children.

Hope you enjoyed this "retake". I liked changing all the characters :)

I'm making the most of these 3 weeks I mean, I'm going away in 3 weeks time :) To India!!! So I'll be away for 1 MONTH TIME! I'll try to update while I'm away... although that can't be guaranteed... so I'm making the most of these 3 weeks I have left before I'm off on holiday! :)

50!! 50!! 50!! 50 Posts!!

Hey everyone! roshwrites has been through some great times during the past few months :) When I first started, I didn't have any readers!! But now... well my blog can speak for itself! ;) Lets have some food! Like a party! Ok, for starters, I fancy Chilli Paneer! Yum :)Wasn't that delicious? Now we can have the main meal: Masala dosa! Last but defo not least (this is my fave part of a meal!) dessert! One for me and one for you! :D Now our tummies are full and fit to burst, lets give out the awards! This award is for: Aarthi, Miss Sunshine, Pretty Me, Princess Sonshu, Leo and Tan. You all wrote a guest post for me!! Thanks guys!! The next award is a general one; anyone who has commented on my blog gets it! Even if you have only commented once, anytime! If you commented on this post you can also get it! Next is for someone very special to me: Mom! She has supported me through all my blogging and is always there for me!!!

Hey Rosh, I don't know you much, having just met you when you started your climb to 50 posts! But whatever I have read about you, and of you, I have found you to be a very talented writer. I remember reading about your dream of becoming a published writer, when you had sent the request for joining the Writer's Lounge. Keep working towards it. My daughter sat there
